Hi, I’m Alua. Welcome!

If I had to describe myself in one word, it would be energy.

I bring energy into everything I do and living my life to the fullest. After 10 years in the corporate world, I decided to take a bold new direction and pursue my Master’s degree in Sustainability at the University of Sydney.

My career in banking gave me the opportunity to grow through five promotions, eventually reaching a senior leadership role in corporate relationship management. Today, I work as a consultant in the Climate Change department at a Big4, helping businesses navigate the transition towards a more sustainable future.

But my career is only one part of my story.

During my maternity leave, I started my own event organisation business and later studied coaching, eventually becoming an internationally certified life coach. I’m passionate about helping people recognise their potential, take action towards their goals, and keep moving forward - even when the path isn’t always clear.

The values that matter most to me are family, growth, and balance. I deeply love my son and want to show him, through my own life, the importance of following your heart, taking risks, and having the courage to make your dreams a reality.

Outside of work, I’m constantly exploring and learning. I’ve travelled to 40 countries and counting, and my hobbies include DJing, drumming, reading, blogging, and staying active through sports.
